Before joining Anderson, Felix worked in various construction domains, including earthwork, heavy equipment operation, grading, and paving. He attributes much of his paving expertise to a former foreman named Joe, who continues to be a source of knowledge and inspiration. Felix’s diverse background has shaped his approach to work and allowed him to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement within his Anderson team.
Felix’s ambition at Anderson extends beyond his current role as a team lead. He aims to become a superintendent, guiding new asphalt crews towards success and passing his knowledge to others.
